Following the fascinating February session “Understanding the Basics of Indoor and Outdoor Mushroom Cultivation” presented by Michael Loyer of “Les 400 pieds de champignon”, BGC organized a group order of previously fruited mushroom blocks on behalf of interested members. These blocks are not identified by type of mushroom so what emerges is a surprise to the owners and has included unusual varieties such as “Lion’s Mane” and “Coral Mane”.
