About Our Club

The Beaconsfield Garden Club is a group of gardeners from communities in and near the City of Beaconsfield, an on-island suburb of Montréal, Québec, Canada. Our club’s objective is to promote interest and knowledge in gardening among its members.

The club meets on the second Wednesday of each month (excluding June to August). The meetings feature invited speakers who give talks and share their knowledge on various gardening-related subjects.

With the existing COVID-19 situation, Beaconsfield facilities such as the Herb Linder Annex are not available for use until further notice AND social distancing continues to be the norm. We will advise our members by email and update our website as soon as we can confirm when our regular activities are able to resume. Until then, Keep Safe & Stay Well!

Members are requested to arrive by about 7:15 pm.  The meetings begin at 7:30 pm and are held in English.

The club offers to mentor to our members. A consultation with several of our more experienced members can be set up on request, by emailing us (via our Contact Us page) or by speaking to an exec member at one of our monthly sessions.

The club also organizes other potential events such as bus tours and garden socials depending on the interest expressed by the members.

The cost of meetings and most events is included in the membership fee. New members are welcomed throughout the year.
