Monica offers Wellness Workshops which focus on active living, colourful eating and using local wild herbs as preventative medicine. She graduated with a degree in Physical Education from Dalhousie University and has studied herbal medicine extensively at the Wise Woman Center with Susun Weed and at Sage Mountain Botanical Sanctuary with Rosemary Gladstar where she completed the Advanced Herbal Training Program in 2006. She has been educating students in the Montreal area for over 25 years at Marianopolis College, Institute NHC, and Vanier College.
